Kim Ludvigsen studied Engineering that Federal Insitute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich and obtained an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
He has extensive experiences within IT consulting and Corporate Finance. Today, hê consults young technology companies in strategic and financial matters. His area of specialisations is Valuation Methodology (see also list of publications).
Furthermore, he has worked for a number of corporations within M&A and Business Development as well as for Venture Capital and Private Equity companies. He has co-founded several start-ups and therefore knows the investment process from both the entrepreneueers's and the investor's side.
